Summary: ABORT MISSION…I repeat, abort mission! Okay, so right after she seen her mom and teacher, Bex, Liz, and Macey showed up on a rescue mission so she didn’t get caught. But, not wanting to blow her cover, she doesn’t go with them and luck would have it when she sees one of his friends who goes to get him, saying that Cammie had a headache. When he went to drop her off at the square, he handed her a present-some very pretty earrings- and said happy birthday…she forgot she’d told Josh a fake date for her birthday. When she returned, she found a different secret passage way that lead to her moms office, were she was crying. And then Cammie remembered, it was her dads’ birthday. The next week, all the girls get permission to go into town and things don’t go to well- one of the girls had a run in with some of Joshs friends. Liz read recent emails between Josh and his friend, who thinks Cammie goes to Gallagher. So, Cammie has decided to tell Josh the truth… or a version of it anyways- code red truth. Not that she’s a spy in training or anything drastic! Josh found out and wasn’t very happy, things were over between them. But she didn’t really have time to process that since right after, she was pulled into a van and her Cove-ops semester final began. Josh ends up showing up during it(he actually crashed the party literally by driving a fork lift through the wall to rescue her) but the girls still complete their mission with great success. Back at the school, Josh stayed and talked to Cammies mom. Turns out her and Mr. Solomon knew about her missions she’d been taking. And even though she wasn’t in trouble and Josh knew the truth…he left with a chilling line for Cammie. Tell her mom thanks for the tea, a memory erasing tea…</3 Although Cammie doesn’t know what her future holds, she knows her friends will be by her side.
Favorite Line: “What are you gonna tell him?” “The truth.” Ah, the truth? You can’t handle the truth!! Okay, so I always wanted to use that line and found right now the perfect moment. Anyways, I like this line because the truth is always the best option. Even though it might not always turn out the best, the truth always comes out. Admitting it yourself is the best way to earn back trust as well!
Random Thought: I can’t imagine how hard it would be to lose your parent. Or to have them go missing and not know if they are dead or not, so just assuming they’re dead. It would be horrible!
Life Lesson: BECOME A SPY WHEN I GROW UP!!!<3
